UNLEASH YOUR SUPER POWERS

In collaboration with Interbrand and Colenso BBDO, Watermark’s Gee Hale was approached to create artwork for energy drink V. The project was to introduce the brand’s new limited edition drink, KABOOM and to be allied to three different ‘V’ cans and bottles, websites, billboards and POS.
As a comic book fan Gee describes the opportunity as a dream job. “I’ve done a lot of comic work that has been printed on paper or published digitally, but creating comics to go on cans and bottles takes my passion for comics to a completely new level.”
Gee says the illustrations were inspired by KABOOM’s flavour and that getting the chance to draw a raging Gorilla, a man with X-ray vision and a smooth Afro man is about as good as it gets.
