LeasePlan’s ‘Small Fleets’ award winning campaign

Fun, innovative, quirky… not words that usually relate to the world of car leasing – until now.
 

Watermark’s dynamic duo Salt and Paprika (Simon Shaw and Courtney Hopkinson) were commissioned by agency Creature to design a range of fun characters for car leasing company LeasePlan’s new ‘Small Fleets’ campaign.

 

The characters represent LeasePlan’s wide variety of customers, from traditional tradies to entrepreneurial New Zealand business owners. Imaginative vehicles were also designed for each character, as an extension of their individual personalities.

 

The campaign has been a drive away success, leading the team to produce a two-minute animation for LeasePlan’s Fleet Forum event launch.

And that’s not all! To top it off, the project was a winner at the New Zealand Best Design Awards, taking home a gleaming Gold for the Design Craft category. Toot Toot!
