WMC win awards in every category at 2018 Illustrators Australia Awards

When the IA 6th annual Australia/ New Zealand Illustration Awards 2018 were announced just over a week ago, we were still bouncing off the walls from the joy of winning a coveted purple pin at the NZ Best Awards (you should see the dent in the ceiling above Creative Director Dave Way’s chair… ). Finding out that we had won Illustrators Australia awards in every category was definitely the shiny red cherry on the top of this year’s awards season.

“I’ve always rated the calibre of our work,” says Creative Director Phillip Small when asked about the wins, “but it’s great to see fellow illustrators recognising it too. Our focus is always on ensuring that our work answers the brief for our clients. but awards are really beneficial in showcasing the exceptionally high standard of our artists.”
